| | | ‘There are only two ways in life, forwards or backwards, we must strive to evolve’ Quote by Mr D K Gaur This section of the GHG website is in part informatory and in part an update of current and future events. This will involve news about GHG clinics and business and also news about health, courses, new practitioners, current practitioners and their endeavours to pursue their further education, new products and other similar updates.
Mr Gaur has recently been on educational endeavours in order to understand relevant topics of our time. The last two have been on an understanding towards otitis media (middle ear infection or ‘glue ear’) and also a course to understand differing concepts towards allergies and their onset and medical approach.
Mrs Reena Gaur is constantly striving to create new avenues towards business success regarding the GHG by continuous development on the operational aspects, the customer service and the expansion potential within the developed framework of the GHG.
As of May 2008 the GHG Head Office in Hillingdon, Long Lane will be undergoing extensive expansion and renovation. The purpose is to provide our patients with better and vastly improved facilities specifically by creating a more open plan aspect for the waiting room and reception room, a vast and friendly lobby and entrance area, easily accessible treatment rooms on the ground floor, a more symmetrically shaped building and for our disabled friends and colleagues we have coming a fully disabled friendly toilet and a convenient front entrance ramp along with large welcoming front doors.
Mr Randeep Gill was employed as temporary staff in August 2007 for data entry. He has now been taken on permanently.
We are currently in the process of providing our patients with a faster and more patient focused service. To do this we are updating all of our patient records and inputting them into a faster and more advanced computer software programme. We have a lot of patient data to upload and there are certain sections that will have to be cross-referenced and certain patients may get contacted about this and your understanding will be much appreciated.
Constant updates will be posted here at regular intervals. | | |
