The Waiting List

All GHG clinics and medical institutions operate a waiting list for everyday they are open. If you cannot get the appointment that would suit you please ask reception to put your name down on the waiting list for the days and times you require and the receptionist on duty that day will call you if an appropriate appointment becomes available. There is no obligation to take the offered appointment.


Cancellation Of An Appointment

Please note that either 24 hours or 48 hours notice (depending upon the clinic/institution or treatment) is required for the cancellation of all appointments otherwise the full fee is payable.

All GHG clinics and medical institutions operate a 24 hour answer machine (including Sunday) for you to leave any cancellation messages.

Payment Methods

Payment for your treatment can be made by the following methods:

If You Have Forgotten Your Payment Please
Advise Reception Before Having Your Treatment.

If you have already had your treatment and you have no method of payment then it is GHG policy that some form of security will have to be left at reception before leaving the premises and it will be returned once payment has been received.


Medical Healthcare Insurance

Most treatments and therapies at GHG clinics and medical institutions are covered by medical health care insurance. Please read the small print of your policy or call them to check whether the therapy is covered. The GHG is registered with all the UK and international based medical healthcare insurance companies as are many of our practitioners. After full authorisation the GHG will invoice your medical healthcare insurance company directly which means that you do not have to pay yourself. We will also take care of all the administration, medical forms, medical reports and the whole claims procedure. Until authorisation we will require you to pay yourself. If your medical healthcare insurance company agrees to cover the sessions that you have paid for yourself then we will refund the amount to you in full.

The GHG MOT Maintainence Scheme

All GHG clinics and medical institutions operate an MOT maintenance scheme for all patients. Over the years many patients have asked us to call them after a specific number of weeks or months to check if they are in good health. At this point the patient can decide if they would like to come in for a quick MOT or ask for another call in a few weeks or months time. Please ask reception at the appropriate GHG clinic or medical institution to put your name down in the file.


Baby Changing Facilities

All GHG clinic and medical institutions have full baby changing facilities. Please ask reception of the appropriate GHG clinic or medical institution.


Chaperoned Patients

For any patients below the age of 16, male or female, the GHG requires a chaperone to be present during every treatment session.


Accompanied Patients

All patients are welcome to be accompanied during their treatment by the person(s) of their choice.


Services During Out Of Clinic Hours

All GHG clinics and medical institutions operate a 24 hour answer machine for patients (including Sundays). Please leave your full name and telephone number and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Patients comments and suggestions on the services provided by the GHG are welcome verbally or in writing to head office or the appropriate clinic.
