427 Studio and Adam Fox (the story so far)

After many years spent as a pro guitarist Adam's love for music, and desire to continue developing in all fields within the music world prompted him to start building a recording studio of his own. After several years floundering around in a 'bedroom' studio, developing a production style and amassing a huge wealth of knowledge, the stage was set for Adam to stand on his own and start working as a producer in the commercial music industry.

Over the years Adam has produced, composed, performed, engineered and arranged music for many bands, films, TV, record labels, management companies and independent artists. Ranging in styles from country to pop, rock to dance, jazz to reggae, metal to Indian classical.

In 2008 Adam took the plunge (again!), and built his second and largest commercial studio to date out in the Oxfordshire countryside. Still retaining the name synonymous with Adams history, production and client base, 427 Studio, it was conceived, designed and constructed in just 2 months. The facility boasts a high tech, friendly, comfortable studio environment, essential in the intense modern world of recording schedules and increasing client demands. 427 is an effective hybrid studio embracing old and new technologies, a classic analogue 24-bus desk is at the heart, supported by powerful digital recording and editing software and computing power and a large live area. A serious professional set-up able to accommodate even the most discerning of clientele.

As Adam continues to develop and hone his production style and musicality he also retains and expresses his desire and love for all things musical to be at the centre of his daily life and routine. He still writes, performs and records his own compositions, and always seems able to find time to help younger less experienced musicians become more established with aspects of their playing, performing, writing and recording. Over the years Adam has worked on many projects, and continues to build and expand his musical repertoire and portfolio.
