The essence of the referral system is subject to a universal law 'what goes around comes around' or it can be seen as the ripple effect. What is good for you is good for everyone and what is good for everyone is good for you.
There is also another universal law which states 'there is enough for everyone', that everyone can win and everyone can benefit. We have found that when you treat a patient well they leave with peace, confidence and a lovely feeling inside; which means that the next five to ten people they come across will benefit from their presence. Now imagine that this was happening on a much larger scale and you can start to imagine the peaceful kind of world we all can live in and benefit from.
The importance of referring people is down to a simple fact and it is that 'people buy people', so when you, as an important and valued individual in the lives of all the people who surround you, say to them to come to the GHG, they listen. You take your valuable time and considerable effort and enthusiasm to educate the people surrounding you about us at the GHG and then get them to come with you or to book in or both. We should then reciprocate and return that respect by putting into words the reasons and feelings that motivate your enthusiasm to refer to us.

- At the GHG we wholly appreciate when patients refer their friends, colleagues and family and as a way of saying thank you and to show this, we have set up the GHG referral appreciation praise scheme' or better known as GHG RAPSTM (see below for terms and conditions).
- Patients refer to the GHG because we are popular and well known and have the most excellent reputation for quality of services and products.
- By referring new patients the GHG will become more popular, this will result in a stronger market presence which means that we can buy larger quantities of stock and products and can pass that saving to our patients.
- When you refer new patients you do so with the knowledge that your friends, colleagues and family will always be welcome at the GHG.
- By referring new patients you are helping the GHG work with only the best level of patients so the GHG can always come up with new ways of serving you better.
The GHG referral appreciation praise schemeTM (GHG RAPSTM)
This scheme was introduced as a brain child of Mr & Mrs Gaur in the year 2007.
The reasons for this scheme were very simple, however, it is important to say that due to the quality and humanitarian nature of our patients, nobody has ever asked for this. We have implemented this purely as appreciation and praise from our hearts for all the heartfelt and 'no conditions applied' referrals we have received over the years. Patients of the GHG have always referred their friends, colleagues and families happily and enthusiastically due to the reasons outlined above, and for the reasons outlined in the section 'GHG unique selling points'.
At the same time this has never been taken for granted and we understand that our foundations have been built on these referrals. The GHG is now in a position of great strength and can operate a scheme like GHG RAPSTM successfully.

Terms and conditions
The Recipient - The recipient is the individual who qualifies for the GHG RAPSTM voucher.
The Referred Patient - The referred patient is the patient the recipient has referred to the GHG Clinic and they have booked in, attended and paid in full for their medical treatment.
- The recipient is only eligible once they have been notified by the participating GHG clinic by letter, telephone, e-mail or in person.
- The GHG RAPSTM voucher will entitle the recipient to 1 free single session of medical treatment at the participating GHG clinic that the recipient is registered with.
- The recipient can use their GHG RAPSTM voucher only on those medical treatments included in this offer. The medical treatments included in the offer vary from GHG clinic to GHG clinic. Please call reception at your nearest GHG clinic or medical institution and enquire if they are participating in the scheme and if they are, then which medical treatments are included in the offer
All other treatments offered at the GHG including beauty and luxury treatments are excluded from this offer. - The GHG RAPSTM voucher is specific to the recipient and under no circumstances is it transferable to another person, child, baby or animal. (The GHG will be launching clinics specifically for animals in the near future)
- The GHG RAPSTM voucher cannot be refunded or redeemed for any money in any currency at any clinic worldwide.
- The GHG RAPSTM voucher cannot be bartered for any medical treatment that is not included in the offer.
- The GHG RAPSTM voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date it has been issued. It must be used within that time or it will become invalid after this date.
- The recipient must bring their GHG RAPSTM voucher with them when they attend their appointment and present it to reception when asked for payment. If the recipient has forgotten their GHG RAPSTM voucher they will be required to pay by an alternative method of payment.
- To qualify for a GHG RAPSTM voucher, the recipient must have referred 5 brand new patients to a participating GHG clinic.
These 5 referred patients must have booked in, attended and paid in full (cleared funds) for their medical treatment.
The medical treatment that the 5 referred patients must have booked in for, attended and paid in full for must be from the list of medical treatments included in this offer at the participating GHG clinic. Please call reception at your nearest GHG clinic or medical institution and enquire if they are participating in the scheme and if they are, then which medical treatments are included in the offer.
All other treatments offered at the GHG including beauty and luxury treatments are excluded from this offer.
These 5 referred patients must not have been existing patients of any GHG clinic or medical institution worldwide.
These 5 referred patients must have booked into the same participating GHG clinic.
These 5 referred patients must have mentioned when booking their initial appointment the recipients full name, address and/or GHG patient number.
- The GHG RAPSTM voucher can only be used at the GHG clinic or medical institution that it was issued from.
